
Camp Winona in Lake Winona in DeLeon Springs, Florida, is an idyllic setting for our herbal gathering, featuring a large lake and surrounded by forest. The camp offers shaded camping areas with scenic lake views. Conference registration includes primitive camping on-site.
Primitive Camping: Campers will appreciate the lush shade of the live oaks and the lakeside views of our camping areas. Camping spots are first come first serve. A common bathhouse and shower facility with men’s and women’s sides are located in each side of the campground, and is shared between campers and guests in cabins.
Separate Parking: Campers are required to park their vehicles in our designated parking area. The parking lot is a very short distance from the shaded campsites. You may consider a small wagon a helpful aid.
Indoor Lodging: Cabins at Camp Winona will offer a comfortable place for you to call home for the weekend. Cabins range between 10 and 14 bunk beds with bare mattresses and shared bathhouses. Weekend price for a single twin bunk in a shared cabin is $55. Participants who register for lodging as an individual will be placed in men’s and women’s cabins, respectively. Bedding is not provided. Please bring a sleeping bag (or bedding) and towels. You may also wish to bring items to decorate your bunk, ear plugs for sleeping, tapestries for creating privacy in your bunk, and similar items to make your feel at home. Each cabin is fully conditioned with AC, heater, and insulated windows for your comfort.

Onsite Guidelines
Campfires: Campfires must be contained. No digging is allowed in the camping areas. Above-ground fire pits and grills are required for all personal fires.
Pets: Absolutely no pets are allowed at Camp Winona, with the exception of service animals, which must have proper animal companion paperwork and be wearing identification for entry. NO UNREGISTERED SERVICE ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE.
Security: Florida Herbal Conference and Camp Winona are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen property.
